I brought my dodge minivan in and asked service to just check my transmission fluid. The woman who claimed to be the service manager tried really hard not to laugh at me. As did the man who claimed to be the finance manager. While I stood there in tears, scared that my van was going to accelerate on its own again and kill me and my children, these two people made me feel like we were not important because we can’t afford their atrocious service prices. I only asked them to check my transmission fluid and they basically said “we can’t be bothered to help you unless you set an appointment for a transmission diagnostic which costs hundreds of dollars” which is not something I can afford as a single Mom who DoorDashes for a living. So these people chose to send me off in a faulty vehicle and not try to help at all. I will never purchase a vehicle from this company, especially if they’re selling faulty cars and sweeping a huge issue like vans that are accelerating on their own under the rug. This seems to be a KNOWN ISSUE! See pics! Such a dishonest company!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have had my car almost 2 weeks and never ONCE has the technician Corey called me with an update. After 5 days I started calling them daily. Each day I was told the same thing, " the technician is looking at your vehicle right now, we will call you back by the end of the day with an update" . Never got a call back ever on any of days and was told that same BS line 5 days in a row!!! I was actually considering just purchasing a new vehicle from them rather than repairing mine....not now. Going to Big Island Toyota where they treat customers right.

We scheduled a routine service. We got there an hour early because we came in from Waimea. But they took our truck in immediately , no questions. They were so accommodating and friendly. Shane was our service guy, he was awesome! He explained everything about the service and went ahead and scheduled an appointment for us to come back for some work on our tire sensors. We always bring our truck to you guys because we always get great service.Thank you for that !

I had service advisor Shane and he was super fast and friendly. He answered all my questions and was super professional. I like how he stayed in touch with me and gave me quotes on different prices for new tires and brakes. The courtesy shuttle drivers were nice, friendly and professional. Mahalo to all the workers at Kamaaina Motors!

Awesome service! First dealt with Lena, and then finished off the job with Shane! They both were incredible! Shane especially made sure I was taken cared of- and that I was Up to date on my vehicle details! It was so awesome to have him be thorough, answer all my questions, and then ensure they honored the pricing they quoted me for- even though it took extra work on their part! The entire service team is awesome! My trucks leveling kit turned out beautiful! Highly recommend the team here- especially Shane! Hit them up for all your vehicle needs!
